Syracuse Peace Council

Provides literature, presentations and other activities on many issues related to peace and social justice via organizing, education, agitating and and coalition-building.

Specific program areas currently are: Beyond War and Militarism; Neighbors of the Onondaga Nation; Justice for Palestine; Nuclear Free World. Other organizing occurs on an ad hoc basis depending on current events.

 

Eligibility: Anyone with an interest or desire to be part of the movement for peace and social justice

Fees: None; Donations of any amount (and $0 is an acceptable amount) are usually requested for educational programs involving speakers
