Provides relief to the caregiver of a developmentally disabled child or adult. Provides 24 hour supervision, recreational activities, and room and board.
Eligibility: Individuals who are 4 years and older, waiver enrolled with a DD diagnosis, and meet the OCO eligibility requirements; call for information
