(Program)

Holds defendant accountable for violating city local laws, including littering, loitering, open container, park curfew, violation of noise ordinance, and nuisance parties violations. Assigns community service or imposes fines to satisfy a plea. Defendants are assessed for social needs and given appropriate referrals.

Eligibility: Violators of local city ordinances
