City of Syracuse Adolescent Diversion Court

(Program)

Administers justice for 16 and 17 year old individuals in criminal cases. Encourages non-criminal dispositions in order to avoid legal and collateral consequences of a criminal record. Provides age-appropriate services, interventions, and penalties.
 

Eligibility: Individuals ages 16 and 17 years with misdemeanor, violation, and/or felony level reduction cases
