Soldier and Family Assistance Center (SFAC)

(Program)

Provides comprehensive, non-medical services for soldiers and families assigned or attached to the Warrior Transition Battalion and soldiers in the Integrated Disability Evaluation System (IDES), including financial and education counseling, DEERS and ID card assistance, social services coordination, employment support, and transition assistance.

Eligibility: Active duty military and their families and Army Reserve and National Guard soldiers on active duty and their families assigned or attached to the Warrior Transition Battalion or going through the Integrated Disability Evaluation Systems (IDES)

Application Process: Call or walk-in for information and services

Required Documentation: Military ID card
