Mental Health Supportive Living

(Program)

Assists individuals in recovery with finding and maintaining safe, affordable housing with the goal of increasing independence and community involvement. 

Eligibility: Adults, age 18 or older who are diagnosed with a serious mental illness and are eligible to receive SSI or SSD due to mental illness or experience extended impairment in functioning due to the severity of their clinical condition
