(Program)

Provides medical care for women who have high-risk pregnancies. Parenting, prenatal exercises, childbirth, and breast feeding classes are available, as is postpartum, financial, and education counseling.

Eligibility: Women who have high-risk pregnancies

Application Process: Physician referral required

Required Documentation: Call for required documentation

Fees: Call to verify insurance information

Broome, Cayuga, Chemung, Chenango, Cortland, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, Otsego, Saint Lawrence, Seneca, Tioga, and Tompkins counties
