Provides family planning medical services to women and men of childbearing age. Services include birth control, emergency contraception, preconception counseling, and preventive screening.
 

Eligibility: Women and men of childbearing age who are New York State residents and meet income eligibility guidelines

Application Process: Appointment required; call for information

Cattaraugus, Cayuga, Chautauqua, Cortland, Erie, Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Niagara, Onondaga, Ontario, Orleans, Oswego, Seneca, Wayne, Wyoming, and Yates counties
