Family Therapy Programs

(Program)

Provides an evidence-based family therapy program for families with children. Services are for youth and their families at risk and/or presenting with delinquency, family conflict, truancy, violence, substance use, gang-related behavior, and other behavioral disorders.

Offers the therapies of Functional Family Therapy(FFT), 
Functional Family Therapy - Therapeutic Case Management services for (FFT-TCM), and Multisystemic Therapy (MST).

Eligibility: Families with children who fit the following eligibility: * Functional Family Therapy(FFT) - Families with youth ages 11 to 18 years * Functional Family Therapy - Therapeutic Case Management services for (FFT-TCM) - Families residing in Albany and Onondaga counties with children ages birth to 18 years * Multisystemic Therapy (MST) - Families with youth ages 11 to 18 years with a history of juvenile delinquency or serious PINS behaviors and at risk of out-of-home placement

Application Process: Referral from County Department of Social Services or Probation
