Adolescent and Young Adult Specialized HIV Care Center (SCC)

Provides services for HIV positive and at-risk individuals ages 13 to 24 years. Services include STD and HIV testing, HIV treatment and education, PrEP, mental health and social work services, and nutrition services. 
 

Eligibility: Individuals ages 13 to 24 years

Jefferson, Lewis, Onondaga, Oswego, and Saint Lawrence counties
