Provides financial assistance for improvements within homes occupied by persons with a disability in order to improve their accessibility. Typical improvements include installation of exterior ramps and bathroom and kitchen modifications.
 

Eligibility: Onondaga County residents with disabilities living outside the City of Syracuse
