Provides assistance to homeowners to perform rehabilitation activities that are necessary to help alleviate the substandard conditions of their homes.

Eligibility: Lewis County residents whose home is: - owner-occupied and determined to be substandard - have been living in the home for at least one year prior to application - proof of ownership on file at the Lewis County Clerk's office - property taxes are current - have fire insurance and/or flood insurance coverage where applicable
