Solvay/Geddes Homeowner 1% Home Improvement Loan

Offers homeowners loans of up to $25,000 at 1% interest, payable over 10 years, to be used for interior and exterior home improvements. Income-eligible residents may be eligible for a grant of up to $2,500 as part of their loan.
Eligibility: Homeowners in the Town of Geddes and Village of Solvay

Required Documentation: Copy of the recorded deed to home, copy of declarations page of homeowner's insurance policy, proof of income for all member of the household, copy of federal tax returns from the last 2 years, bank statements for the last 3 months, copy of picture ID
