Oswego County Head Start

(Program)

Provides a free of charge educational program for children ages 3 to 5 years. Promotes school readiness by enhancing social and cognitive development of children. The program also includes family support. Serves all 9 school districts in Oswego County - applications for enrollment are accepted year round.

Eligibility: Oswego County residents with a child ages 3 to 5 years and meeting federal income guidelines

Application Process: Call or go online to apply

Required Documentation: Child's birth certificate or Medicaid card, and proof of income
