ACCESS Team

(Program)

Provides assessment, planning, and referrals for children and youth (ages 5 to 21 years old) in Onondaga County with emotional and behavioral challenges. Serves as a clearinghouse for many home/community-based services as well as out-of-home placements. Also provides assistance with school attendance concerns and has assumed responsibility for PINS (Person in Need of Supervision).
 

Eligibility: Youth ages 5 to 21 years with emotional and behavioral challenges

Application Process: Primary caregiver must call the ACCESS Line (315-463-1100) to initiate the intake process

Required Documentation: Documentation of a mental health diagnosis may be required for some programs; referrals to clinic services can be provided for those lacking such documentation
