Jordan-Elbridge Transportation Program (JET)

Provides transportation for elderly and disabled residents to medical and non-medical appointments as well as local shopping trips.
Eligibility: Individuals ages 60 years or older and/or disabled residing in the Town of Elbridge
Application Process: Call 315-604-1322 to make a reservation; must call at least 2 days in advance
