Processes applications for public health insurance options including Medicaid, Medicaid managed care, advanced premium tax credits, and cost sharing reductions.

Provides for financial reimbursement of physicians, dentist, inpatient, outpatient, and clinic services, long term care services of nursing facilities, community-based home care services, prescription drugs, and rehabilitative services.

Provides services such as housekeeping, meal preparation, bathing, toileting, and grooming. 

 

Eligibility: Based on income and resource standards governing Public Health Insurance Programs; an application form must be filed to determine eligibility
