Provides financial assistance to fund long-term inpatient treatment for individuals with opiate addiction, who have tried outpatient and short-term inpatient options unsuccessfully and do not have insurance or the funds to pay for long-term treatment.
Eligibility: Residents of Cayuga, Cortland, Herkimer, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, and Tompkins counties with an opiate addiction who have completed a detoxification program and have established financial need
