Eligibility: Children in 7th through 12th grades residing in the Altmar-Parish-Williamstown School District

Application Process: Call to register

Required Documentation: Proof of residency, original copy of child's birth certificate (passport with VISA if born outside of the USA), immunization records from child's physician, and custody documents (if applicable)
