Chadwick Transitional Program

(Program)

Provides women and women with up to two children, ages 7 or younger, with safe, affordable housing. They also receive case management, parenting and life skills education, and the opportunity to work on academic and vocational goals in order to increase their self-sufficiency and prepare to move to permanent housing in the community.
 

Eligibility: Women and women with child(ren), ages 7 years and younger, who are considered HUD homeless and/or connected to Coordinated Entry

Application Process: Applications through Coordinated Entry only
