Provides outpatient treatment for medical, surgical, neurological, neurosurgical, psychiatric, rehabilitation, and all subspecialty conditions.

Eligibility: Veterans who need outpatient medical services

Application Process: Veterans are referred to specific clinics upon initial exam by VA practitioner

Required Documentation: Call for information

Fees: May be subject to a co-pay based on VA eligibility; call for information

Broome, Cayuga, Cortland, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, St. Lawrence, and Tompkins counties
