Provides close, individualized support for those who need guidance and assistance in getting on track with their personal goals and objectives. Works to empower veterans in establishing independent, and purpose-driven lives.

Eligibility: Active service members and veterans

Application Process: Call or go online for information and services

Required Documentation: No documentation initially required

Broome, Cayuga, Chenango, Cortland, Franklin, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, Otsego, Saint Lawrence, Tioga, and Tompkins counties
