CNY Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA)

Provides shelter for stray and unwanted animals, a pet adoption program, animal visitation, cruelty investigations, human education programs, obedience classes for dogs, and a pet food pantry for individuals in need.

Provides dog control services for the Towns of Cicero, Clay, DeWitt, Lysander, Manlius, Onondaga, Pompey, and Tully, and Villages of East Syracuse and North Syracuse.

Eligibility: Onondaga County residents; individuals must be at least 18 years of age to adopt an animal, see website or call for more information

Application Process: Call or walk-in for information and services
