Answers questions about landlord/tenant-related issues throughout Central New York, provides information for human service agencies on landlord/tenant matters, organizes tenant associations and training for landlords, and advocates for tenants rights and affordable housing.
Eligibility: Low-income tenants residing in Onondaga County but outside of the City of Syracuse; will assist individuals residing in the City of Syracuse if they are living in subsidized housing
