Provides door-to-door transportation to medical appointments, shopping, socializing, banking, and other needs for residents of Skaneateles who are seniors or disabled. Provides home delivered prepared meals from Wegman's Auburn Food Market on Tuesday and Thursday.
Eligibility: Residents within the Skaneateles Central School District who are either seniors or disabled
Application Process: Call 2 days in advance to arrange transportation pickup and for food delivery
Required Documentation: County registration form and sign general release for transportation
