Huntington's Observation and Parent Education (HOPE)

Provides a supervised visitation and parent education program for parents with children in foster care. Provides parents with skills they need so that they can safely and competently care for their children.
Eligibility: Onondaga County residents with children in foster care
Application Process: Referrals made through the Children's Division of the Department of Social Services
