Provides home improvement grants of up to $1500-$3000 income eligible City of Syracuse homeowners for minor exterior home repairs.
Eligibility: Low-income (80% of below HUD income guidelines) owner occupants in the City of Syracuse; must be current on property taxes and water bills
Application Process: Application available online
Required Documentation: Proof of income, proof of residency in the city of Syracuse
Fees: Homeowners must contribute $100 of their own funds
