Multisystemic Therapy (MST) Program

(Program)

Provides a behavioral-based community program for families that have a child from ages 12 to 17 who is at risk for out-of-home placement. Works to decrease a youth's involvement with the juvenile justice system by addressing truancy, substance abuse, criminal activities, or other antisocial behaviors. 

Eligibility: Families with a child from ages 12 to 17 years who is at risk for out-of-home placement

Application Process: Referrals from Onondaga Probation or ACCESS Team

Required Documentation: Call for required documentation

Onondaga, Oswego, Tioga, Tompkins, and Ulster counties
