General Immunization Clinic

(Program)

Provides vaccinations for children from 2 months up to 19 years with no private health insurance coverage. Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Provides MMR vaccinations to adults 18 years and older to meet education requirements.

Eligibility: Youth ages 2 months up to 19 years without private medical insurance

Application Process: By appointment only by calling 315-435-2074.

Required Documentation: Past immunization records (if available)

Fees: $25.00 per person for one vaccine, or $30.00 per person if getting more than one vaccine. A sliding fee scale is available. Inability to pay is not a barrier to care.
