Energy and Housing Services
(Program)
Provides weatherization services to homeowners and renters in Onondaga and Oswego counties who meet the New York State HEAP guidelines. Services provided may include, but are not limited to, insulation of walls, cleaning or replacement of furnaces, weather stripping, and other energy saving measures.
Eligibility: Homeowners who participate in low-income programs through National Grid or NYSEG
