Impaired Driver Program (IDP)

(Program)

Provides a program for New York State motorists convicted of a first DWI or DWAI who would like a conditional license during their 90-day suspension and who agree to attend 16 hours of classroom instruction over a 7-week period.

Eligibility: Individuals convicted of first DWI/DWAI in 5 years

Application Process: Call to register

Required Documentation: Call for required documentation

Fees: Non refundable fee of $75 and $233 cash or certified check/money order; call for information
