Willows Inpatient Rehabilitation Center

Provides a 40-bed short-term intensive program for patients requiring a highly structured, supported environment. Special accommodations are available for women who are pregnant or with newborns.
Eligibility: Chemically-dependent individuals ages 18 years and older who are no longer in need of detoxification services

Required Documentation: Picture ID and proof of insurance or proof of income for sliding scale
Fees: Medicaid, Private Insurance, or self-pay, sliding scale available; call for details
Jefferson, Lewis, Onondaga, Oswego, and St. Lawrence counties
