English as a Second Language

Helps speakers of other languages improve their English-speaking skills, enabling them to feel more comfortable in the community, continue their education at EOC, or attend another English-speaking school or college.
Eligibility: Adults who meet income and residency requirements

Required Documentation: Picture ID, proof of having been a New York State resident for at least one year, proof of income; other items may be required, depending on circumstances
