Relatives Acting as Parents Program (RAPP)

Offers support, educational programming, recreation, and information and referral services to non-parent relatives raising children. Participants often include grandparents raising their grandchildren and aunts and uncles that are parenting a niece or nephew.
Eligibility: Onondaga County residents ages 55 years and older who are a relative (grandparent, uncle, or aunt) and are raising a family member
