In-Home Clinical Services
(Program)
Provides a range of in-home services including elderly care, HIV/AIDS management, home health aides, home infusion therapy, in-home nursing, maternal child health, medication dispensing services, occupational therapy, palliative care, pediatrics, physical therapy, post-surgical care, social work, speech-language pathology, and wound care.
Eligibility: Individuals under medical supervision of a private physician or clinic

Fees: Medicare, Medicaid, and 3rd party reimbursement accepted
Cayuga, Cortland, Jefferson, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, and Oswego counties
