Neighborhood Advisor Program
(Program)
Helps seniors complete medical forms and applications, research and identify concerns and problems, and connect with programs and services to address problems and meet needs by a trained senior services professional. Provides information about income stretching programs, such as SSI, SNAP, EPIC, HEAP, and IT-214 form property tax reduction.
Eligibility: Individuals age 60 or older
