Choices Substance Abuse Treatment Clinic

Provides an outpatient substance abuse program for adolescents and young adults who are dually-diagnosed with substance abuse and mental health or other life-challenging issues. Regulated by NYS Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse.
Eligibility: Individuals ages 13 to 18 years who are dually-diagnosed with substance abuse and mental health or other life-challenging issues
