Provides medically supported recovery with methadone or suboxone in conjunction with individual, group, and family counseling.
 

Eligibility: Individuals ages 18 years and older with an addiction to opiates

Application Process: Appointment required; call for information

Required Documentation: Call for required documentation

Fees: Call to verify insurance information and sliding scale fees

Broome, Cayuga, Chenango, Cortland, Jefferson, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, and Tompkins counties
