Senior Caregivers Program

(Program)

Helps families apply for Medicaid/SSI and access service coordination, day programming, recreational services, residential services, vocational services, and respite services. Assists parents in their search for information as they plan for their adult child's future, including trusts, wills, guardianship, and letters of intent.

Eligibility: Families in which a caregiver age 55 years and older is caring for and residing with someone with a developmental disability

Application Process: Appointment required; call for information
