Domestic Violence Project

(Program)

Provides a broad range of civil legal assistance to Onondaga County residents who are victims of domestic violence and/or sexual assault. Services include but are not limited to representation for orders of protection, support, divorce and separation, custody and visitation, power of attorney, and housing-related litigation.

Eligibility: Onondaga County residents who are victims of domestic/sexual violence or assault and who are financially eligible
