Provides home improvement loans of up to $20,000 for any home repair for current home owners. The loan requires no home equity and offers flexible underwriting.
Eligibility: Must be a current home owner. Offers loans of up to $20,000 and the loans currently have a 4.99% fixed interest rate, and are payable over seven (7) years; no home equity required, no income eligibility requirements, and no upfront costs
Application Process: Application available online
Required Documentation: Copy of the recorded deed to home, copy of declarations page of homeowner's insurance policy, proof of income for all member of the household, copy of federal tax returns from the last 2 years, bank statements for the last 3 months, copy of picture ID
