Provides outpatient mental health treatment for individuals ages 2 years and older, including assessment for developmental disabilities, including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders and related neuropsychological disorders.
Eligibility: Individuals ages 2 years and older
Application Process: Appointment required; call or go online for intake
Required Documentation: Picture ID and proof of insurance or proof of income for sliding scale
Fees: Call to verify insurance information and sliding scale details
