Eviction Defense
(Program)
Provides on-the-spot defense to tenants who are facing eviction and/or non-payment of rent cases in Syracuse City Court. Clients are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of court. Representation is limited to that day. Please call our Housing Line at (315) 807-0043 for assistance.
Eligibility: Low-income residents of Syracuse who are facing eviction from privately owned housing
Application Process: Clients are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of court
Required Documentation: Any documentation relating to the eviction process
