Surrogate's Court Clinic
(Program)
Provides free advice and information about small estates, 17-A Guardianship, Power of Attorney, wills, and other trust and estate issues. May be able to provide on-the-spot assistance with filling out petitions for Surrogate's Court.
Eligibility: Low-income county residents with surrogate and estate legal issues
Application Process: Clients are encouraged to schedule an appointment in advance, though walk-ins are accepted on the day of the clinic if time allows
