Phoenix Village Clerk and Tax Receiver

(Program)

Offers a wide range of licensing, records, and informational services to village residents, including sidewalk permits, disabled parking permits, and notary public services.

Prepares and collects property taxes for residents of the Village of Phoenix from March 1st through March 31st.

After March 31st, residents have until November 15th to submit paperwork, before it goes to the Oswego County Treasurer’s Office.
