Offers rehabilitation of existing single family owner-occupied homes in the City of Oswego. Grants are provided to families of low and moderate income.
Eligibility: City of Oswego property owners, meeting income eligibility requirements set forth by HUD; property taxes, water and sewer fees, and home owners insurance must be current
