Small Business Development Center

Provides one-on-one services to small businesses and entrepreneurs, helping businesses plan and resolve organizational, financial, marketing, technical, and other business-related issues. Services include business plan development, finding sources of funding, small business start-ups, business expansion, marketing, record keeping, computerized accounting system and training, workshops and seminars.
Eligibility: Businesses in Oswego County
Application Process: Call to set up an appointment or fill out online request

Fees: Most services are free of charge; workshops require a small fee
