Early Intervention Program

(Program)

Provides services to infants and toddlers from birth to age 3 who have developmental delays and disabilities. Services include speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and special instruction.

Eligibility: Children from birth to age 3, who have been determined eligible for services after a developmental screening through the county health department

Application Process: Request a developmental screening through the county health department; an evaluation will determine eligibility

Required Documentation: Call for information

Fees: No fees for evaluation; call for further information

Jefferson, Lewis, Onondaga, and Oswego counties
