Senior Homecare Program
(Program)
Eligibility: Oswego County residents ages 60 years or older who: - have functional limitations, unmet needs, and limited non-medical needs - can be maintained safely at home - are not eligible for similar services through other funding sources - meet income guidelines (based on income, may be required to share the cost)
Application Process: Call to apply; a case manager from the Office of Aging will then assess the persons needs and formulate a care plan
