Provides primary and behavioral health care and dental services to students in the South Jefferson and Watertown City School Districts. Offers preventative dental care for students at Alexandria Bay, Copenhagen, Lowville, Lyme and South Lewis Central Schools.

Eligibility: For medical and dental services: Students in the South Jefferson and Watertown City School Districts; for dental services only: Students in the Alexandria Bay, Copenhagen, Lowville, Lyme and South Lewis Central Schools
